Where do you get your ebooks?
Some ebooks are purchased from other resources, but only with resale rights.

Where are you located?
In Texas. We do not list a phone number due to the high amount of scam on the internet. As business picks up, i may add a phone number for convenience.
Can I get a refund?
Usually the answer is no. There are always exceptions to the rule. The final decision, of course, would be based on what the problem is, and whether it can be resolved otherwise.
How long does it take to receive my seed?
Normally within a week.
If during the holidays, then shipping may take longer due to heavy volumes of mail at the post office.
